My girl Jenny and every nail tech here is seriously so talented. Been seeing jenny for a year & she always understands exactly what I want and somehow makes it even better. My nails are always flawless and get nonstop compliments. She’s professional, clean, and so sweet — you can really tell she cares about her work. I wouldn’t trust any other place with my nails!

Jenny (the new owner of Perfection Nail Salon) is absolutely incredible! She is kind, patient, attentive, and does incredible work. I am so happy I found her and I will continue to come back to Perfection Nail Salon as well as recommending it to anyone who asks. The salon is clean and all of the staff is very kind. Jenny is truly a wonderful person and I look forward to our appointments every 3 weeks!! Can’t say enough good things about this salon.

I cannot recommend this salon more…where do I even begin! Jenny, the NEW OWNER is exceptional, her work speaks for itself!! She is friendly, professional and very accommodating. It’s easy to make appointments that fit my schedule and she communicates any rescheduling in advance. If you chip a nail the week they were done she is always more than willing to fix it. The environment is always peaceful and comforting and I have never brought Jenny a design she couldn’t master and she truly blows me away with every single set. The salon also just got new massage pedicure chairs which is just another perk of being a customer here. Another added bonus they have loyalty cards for $5 off every 5 visits. I always look forward to my nail days when I get to see Jenny and her staff who are all just as friendly and nice and leave every customer walking out with a smile.

I met Jenny two years ago at a previous salon, and when she left, I was genuinely devastated. That’s how talented she is. I literally tracked her down because when you find a nail tech like Jenny, you don’t let her go. Since seeing her, my nail health has skyrocketed. My nails are stronger, healthier, and grow better than they ever have. Jenny truly prioritizes the integrity of your natural nails. Unlike many places that cut corners or use low-quality and sometimes even illegal products like MMA acrylic powders, Jenny does not. She uses quality products and takes her time to do things the right way. That alone speaks volumes. Her designs are hands down some of the best in New England. Every set is clean, detailed, and flawless. On top of that, her prices are beyond reasonable for the level of skill and care she provides. Anyone that works there lives up to the salons name. I also think it’s important to note that the recent negative reviews appear to be from clients associated with the previous ownership. My friends have gone to the previous owner and would leave with bloodly cuticles, green nails and next day infections due to low quality service and ingredients. Since Jenny has taken over and elevated the standards, the salon has changed tremendously for the better. The environment, cleanliness, and overall professionalism are on a completely different level. Jenny is hardworking, understanding, and truly cares about her clients. She listens, she’s patient, and she wants you to leave feeling confident and happy. Perfection Nail Salon truly lives up to its name because of her. If you’re thinking about booking: do it. Expect only perfection!!!
